Children's Choirs

First Baptist has a complete graded choir program. Prissy Tunnell, our Minister of Faith Development directs our Preschool Choir for three-and four-year olds. They sing regularly on Wednesday nights for prayer meeting. Kay Bratton, a Kindermusic specialist and teacher at Berry Elementary, directs our Music Makers choir for children in Kindergarten and First Grade. They sing regularly on Sunday nights and each year for our Children's-led Service on Sunday morning. Keith Reaves, Minister of Worship/Music directs the Children's Choir for children in second through sixth grades. They sing regularly on Sunday mornings and present special programs throughout the year, including "Christmas at First Baptist" with a full orchestra.
