We seek to bring Jesus Christ to people locally through our support of Good Neighbors Ministry, the William S. Davies Shelters, Habitat for Humanity, Rome Action Ministry, Transitional Housing program, the Community Soup Kitchen and Meals and More Ministry. Many of our members are key volunteers in these ministries. Our mission is to be the hands of Christ to the least, the last, the lost and the overlooked.
Love Builds -- First Baptist Church's 175th Anniversary Habitat Build
First Baptist Church will begin construction of a Habitat for Humanity House as a part of our 175th Anniversary celebration. Construction will begin on Monday, February 1st. To volunteer you may email Karen Garrett or phone the church office at 706.291.6850.
